1987 F150 Will not start

I drove my truck up from NC a couple of months ago and drove the last time about a month ago. I went to start it up and it just makes a sort of buzzing noise. I tried jumping it and that didn't work. The battery is fine and holds a charge, but the engine doesn't even try to turn over, it just freaking buzzes.. I just replaced the starter today and that didn't work. Then I replaced the solenoid and that didn't work either. It still does the same thing. Can someone tell me what else I could try or what could be going on? Thank you.

Remove, clean, & tighten every terminal on both heavy battery cables. Work with only ONE terminal at a time, but follow the ground all the way to the block. If that doesn't fix it, make sure they're all back where they go & then do both ends of the heavy wire from the starter relay to the starter.

If it still doesn't spin, replace the starter.

You definitely have a battery cable loose or break or solenoid wire bad. Tight battery connections do not mean CLEAN & tight. Check them all.

Well I do know that the negative terminal that connects to the battery has the bolt rusted into it so I can't remove the bolt. There is a bunch of corrosion in there that I just can not get out without taking that bolt out. I didn't know something that small could cause such a huge problem...geez. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try fixing that.

Since you KNOW that's a problem (and it's likely the ONLY problem), read these captions:

My experience with Ford has been NEVER replace the starter until you have checked everthing else. The starter is almost never the problem. Conections relay starter in that order..
