1998 F150 Engine Problems.

Exclamation 1998 F150 Engine Problems.

I recently change my V8 F150 fuel filter out and clean the injectors out. My question is when i floor my truck it seems to kinda choke on me and i cant seem to find the problem to it. can anyone help me whit this problem?????

I'll try. - Not sure, sounds like something may be connected wrong..? What size V8 ? How did you clean the injectors ? Have you cleaned the MAF sensor?

Another question, was this a problem before changing the filter and cleaning the injectors?

Good question torkum, -I'm curious as well.

Yea, not sure how you can clean the injectors without a sonic service. Could have the fuel filter on backwards. Not sure what happens when their on backwards (haven't come across that one yet) , but there is a flow arrow on the filters.

Anyway, if all vac lines are connected / connected properly (specially the Red reg line) - I would have to check pump pressure and regulator.

Is your IAC,IAT harness lines connected?
