What kind of mod's do on my 4.6l to bring out some more power???? Don't tell me to chain it to a 5.4 lol !!!!! Already have Intake and TBS...

 

Exhaust and programmer will compliment your current mods nicely, although custom tunes may be needed with your intake.

 

Stage 1 consists of a custom tuned programmer, not Super-Chips, a cold air intake, and either a SIDO or well designed true dual exhaust will get you off the ground and get your 281 burning rubber.

Stage 2 would be long tube headers, gears, and cams.

Stage 3 is forced induction and forged internals.

It all depends on how much you are willing to spend!
