Was wondering if anyone has any details on what would be involved putting a 06 5.4 3 valve in a 99 Expedition that has a 5.4 now. A friend who works at a salvage yard can get me the 3 valve real cheap & its low mileage which is why I'm looking to do this. Any info would be greatly appreciated
