Changing Plugs?

I have a 2003 XLT 5.4L and i had a stalling issue, very similar to a different thread recently posted where my rmp goes down and the engine shuts off, i checked the fuel pump, filter etc. all were fine and when i brought it to a friend who works at a university shop checked it he said i needed new plugs.
can anyone tell me how to do this?

I don't think that's your staling problem but here's a link how to do the job.

Did you do a search on "IAC" [idle air controller]?

Before you are change the plugs, IMHO waste of time, clean the MAF and the IAC. When your stalling goes away you will know it wasn't the plugs. If you still insist on changing the plugs stay away from autolites. Stick to Motorcraft.

I went ahead and changed the plugs took me 3 hours, and so far it seems to be fixed, BUT if it does that again i'll be sure to get a video to show exactly what happens.
