I think Crower Cams has grinds for the 5.4 2V, pretty popular manufacturer. Look at Crane Cams and Comp Cams, too.

Comp has by far the most popular 2v grinds as far as quantity sold. However, my personal choice would be Hitech stage II's, they routinely hit 300rwhp on 4.6 Mustangs with bolts-ons and longtubes and work with stock springs. There's only maybe one other grind out there that does that.

Yeah, whatever the Ford part #s are for stock cams....

Seriously, "low end" and "cams" are mostly not compatible, in almost all instances you will lose at least a little on the bottom to start gaining in the middle and pick up the most up top. The factory does a very good job at putting low end torque in these motors, so if low end is of primary concern just keep them stock.....

a recommended low to mid range cam is the #102200 XE268H or for another low to midrange with a little higher duration would be #102600 XE270AH but it all depends where you want the power and at what RPM

Go here just to get part numbers and such...They are the most descriptive and they have smart techs by phone. Call em' up and tell them what you want.
