Replacing Motor Mounts???

Hey all,
I have a 2003 F-150 4X4, 7700 (with about 141K miles). It looks like the oil pan is almost resting on the pumpkin on the front axle, I feel a little vibration (pop, pop, pop about once every second or two in a harmonic fashion, for sure something that is moving/rotating) in the floor when going over 50 and my guess is because of the oil pan touching the diff it is translating vibration. I think this is touching because the motor mounts have collapsed. Does anyone know how easy these are to replace? Can I just jack up the motor a bit and get under there and replace some rubber hopefully?

thanks!
