Is this the right pcv valve ev-248

i just bought motorcraft ev-248 for my 2003 Ford F150 Supercrew 5.4 liter v8 did they give me the right one and where exactly is this pcv valve located.

In the cam cover on the passenger side cylinder head.

EV 238 is the common part number for the 5.4L's. I'm not sure what the 248 is? The PCV systems vary a little in certain model years. The valves themselves function the same internally. I'm sure you'll be alright there. You might have something that attaches to/or goes around valve in the 03 model. You'll figure that out when you change the part. Some have a tube wrap around that heats the valve in later model years. Like I said, the valves the same, the housing may differ.

I puched in 248 and a 2004 expy came up ? So yea, as said ^^^
