No idea what shipping would be. Get me your zip code and Ill get ya a quote.

As far as whats going on with this thing Im stumped. Theres a very distinct noise coming from the back of the intake just below the throttle body. I have even gone as far as pressure testing each individual piece of the vaccum lines/system and all are excellent.
I put a 3 foot piece of hose to my ear and can narrow down where the noise is coming from. I spray the area with carb cleaner and have no change in idle speed!! What gives already? I'm going to be pulling the entire intake manifold apart again and picking it over inch by inch. Im really tired of it and would love for it to just fix itself already. Like thats going to happen.

Hang onto that Manifold/ Not sure where to send it yet, - relocating at the end of the Month. Use 48843 for Estimate, that will be close.

BTW- The PCV Systems are different in the rear (Back by the Firewall/behind TB elbows.

The 99 Aluminum intake has an integrated PCV port ( @ rear/top) of the intake itself.

Plastic Composites, 2000 + DO NOT. Ford added the PCV port to the throttle body elbow for 2000. So the 2000 + Elbows are different from the 99's.

I believe they eliminated the PCV elbow at connection and use a prebent plastic hard-line w/ straight rubber coupler to attach the PCV to the throttle body elbow.

In other words, the 99 PCV system won't connect by design and this may be your problem.
