'06 F150 Engine Temp

Hey Guys.

I have an '06 with a 5.4. Recently I have noticed my engine temperature staying between 140 and 144. It was always around 194 - 196 up until 2 weeks ago. I was wondering what the problem could be? Could it be the thermostat?

I agree. Eventually, you'll get a check engine light with coolant temps that low, with a P0125.

Thanks for the replies!

I guess I will have to book an appointment at the dealership to get this replaced!
