5.4 block

Is there a difference between a 5.4 lightning block and just a stock 5.4 block?

Same block, same heads, same rods.50%- 50% chance on the same crank.
The L has forged pistons.

Yes- But I would definitely do some price checking as it may be more cost efficient to purchase a set a new assembled heads versus saving those- but it all depends on the machine shop and their cost which is "very regionalized"
