SPARK PLUG...spit and sputters at fast acceleration..??

I'm guessing I don't understand what "reflash" means...can someone explain please

Your computer, the PCM has a program in it. Ford quite often updates the programs with changes. Each new program is called a calibration. When they load an updated program into your PCM, it's called a reflash of the PCM.

With my luck, the whole block would fall out when they touched the plug.

He said that after the plug change, it was running like new.

I don't know why I am so paranoid about changing the damn plugs on these things. There are a handful of F-150 owners that have had serious problems doing this and thousands and thousands of trucks that don't have a problem with changing plugs.

I was going to do it myself, but the more I thought about it and considered all the stuff you had to get together, I just took it to my dealer. They have had a very high success rate. It was money well spent for me.
