What is this??

Any idea what part this is? It makes a LOUD clicking noise whenever the hazzard lights are flashing.

i dont know what it is but its for the drive by wire throttle body. theres no cables or anything. just sensors and motors. i'm gonna take a wild guess and say thats the motor maybe
