I have been reading about some of the plug problems on the 5.4 engines.I have a 2002 Screw,do I need to worry about the plugs breaking in mine? Are there any other things with the plugs I need to worry about?

No. The breaking plug problem is in the 04-08 trucks. I think they fixed the problem mid year in 08.

As stated above, no, not the breaking, but you do need to be aware that there is a plug blowout problem with your year. Do some searches on the subject, you should get lots to read.

Nice going Bluejay, the poor guy is going to be driving around wondering if his plug ('s) are going to blow out of the head. Just joking of course.
Honesty suks sometimes tho.
There are some questions in life I don't want to ask because I am afraid of what the answer will be.
