Help In process of spark plug change 97 f 150 5.4
Yea you don't have to disconnect fuel lines or relieve pressure - that doesn't make one bit of difference besides time. Just tho the rags down and pull up. Wrap a rag around the rail as well - it will keep p^ssing on yuh from time to time if you don't
You probably won't need new O-Rings, although it's always a good idea to replace - I never did. - Ford really did something right when using those , their tuff. If you have the chance to replace, do it. If not, you'll most likely be alright.
But yea, #6 or 7 is a mother with the fuel rail in place.

i ended up replacing all four on the driverside. started the truck and no leaks. tomorrow i will be doing the passenger side except the farthest one back because it was done yesterday by my mechanic
Well I finished the passenger side today. Only took 1.5 hours to do I think the passenger side is easier. Well the truck idles smooth now and it feels like I gained power. I dont know if that can happen but the plugs that can out three were missing the electrode and the other ones were really white really white,I think its from the truck running lean for about 4 months over the summer. Anyways it runs and idles great now
