my alarm fobs will not work - i need to open my truck and the alarm will go off how do i silence and disarm alarm

i know were the program / emergency botton is but what do i need to do

put key in and then push botton or just push the botton ?????

i'm sorry , i know this is the wrong place to post this but it seems this is the most viewed area and i need a qiuck answer tonight

 

push/hold the button and turn the key on, try to start it, see what happens

 

Did ya try putting a new battery in your fob?
