Gel on oil cap

I work at a shop and my turck and a couple of other ones that i have worked on recently have a yellow/withish gel on the oil cap when you remove it. What could this be since everything else seems to be fine?

X2 it's condensation mixing with the oil...completely normal.

My wife's car does the same thing except the yellow-ish/white-ish gel/gunk is on the low end of the dipstick (where the ADD/FULL marks are). Is this condensation as well or is it something else?

Just like maddoughboy said about his, everything else seems fine with the car. I ask because none of our other three vehicles do it. Thanks.

same exact thing. if you were to take it on a long drive it'll clear up. the walmart back in berlin MD wont even change your oil any more if they see the moisture on the cap or dipstick. something to do with all the lawsuits against them. which doesnt make too much sense to me because as far as i know they did pretty decent on the oil changes, its the part where they tighten tires that they forget what to do
