Engine Mass?

Just wondering if anyone has info on the actual weight of the 1/2 ton engines? Im mostly curious about the 3v 5.4l, but if you have more info on other engine, I would like to see that too..

block is about 220-240lbs with the fully dressed engine being about 800-850lbs.
