Want to do a major tune-up NEW INJECTOR QUESTION

My 03 F150 5.4 Supercrew, basically stock except for a Outlaw Intake/ and a magnaflow muffler/and a hypertech programer....
It just hit 110k and i want to do a major tune up.
I have already ordered a set of Accel cop's and im looking for sugestions for plug and injectors.
Did a search and it seems like a good time to change out the injectors as well.
The Bosch genIII seems like a good way to go.
I took a look under the hood and can see the style of the injectors, same style on my TBird Supercoupes.
I'll change out the fuel filter too.

So sugestions for some good plugs that work well on my year truck and any other things that i might need to changeout that only another F150 owner would know.... pvc valve maybe etc.

And what do i need to do to be able to post pic's

Thanks
tony

First thing I would do is CANCEL the order for accell cops. They are no better then the E-bay coils that are 1/3 the price. When I tuned up my truck at 100k I replaced the plugs and coils cleaned the throttle body and replaced the IAC fuel filter air filter front o2's also serviced the tranny. Injectors last along time. My van is running the stock ones at 210k runs great. I wouldnt waste the money on those.

Accel coils have the worst record as far as DOA's. Very weak windings. Worst choice you could have made. - Not kidding!

Send those back and get the 10 pack from Global = $100

Yea, good choice on the injectors, but I didn't change mine until I hit 185,000 and they weren't bad.

Plugs = Denso's, Motorcraft, NGK.

Grab a set a set of forward O2's = Bosch only.

Clean the MAF , TB and elbow.

She'll be puring like a kitten

EDIT - Jethat beat me to it, I type to slow

What? Hang on , I'll look them up. -

Okay, the 13117 has a longer wire harness - Damn , I wish I had those! I need a longer harness because of headers. I don't believe you need them with the stock set up. - I know you don't.

I would go with the 15717's if your stock, - unless you plan on going w/longtube headers in the future.

A longer harness can be bad if you don't need them. O2 wires are sensitive, it's better to get the ones that fit your application. Go with the 15's.

BTW - For your own satisfaction, look at at your O2's wire harness before you order. Rock's pictures in the list are accurate. You can lift the rubber flap in the D/side wheel well to see the harness.

Remember , we warned you about those coils - You may be pulling your hair out with those Acells. If not right away, you will further down the road.

Change the trans fluid and filter, diff gear oil, coolant, power steering fluid, brake fluid, pcv valve, air filter, oil filter, front 02 sensors, belt, spark plugs, engine oil and filter, clean the MAF and throttle body, new shocks and struts...etc. off the top of my head.

One last question regarding injectors.
The Bosch III are the four hole type, Ive researched them a little more and heard something about them not being as good as the pintle type. I know the pintle type because i use them in my TBird Supercoupes one runs 36lbers and the other 42lbers.
Soo if i could get my hands on a set of the 19lb pintle type does anybody feel that it would be a better choice?

Thanks for the help

I have parts arriving to do this thing
o2's are here and plugs filters are all coming this week too.

thanks again
tony
