Oil pressure/temp warning

I've got a 2001 F150. This morning when I started it up all was good but after a moment my oil pressure guage dropped to zero and a light warning of oil pressure/water temp problems came on. I'm full on oil. The guage bounced around a bit from zero to normal....maybe 4 times...then stayed on normal pressure with no warning lights. I drove to work and parked with no problems.

When leaving work this evening I get the same thing, fluctuating reading on pressure...warning lights...then back to normal.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

Install a new Oil pressure switch located on the oil filter housing, the 2001 Fords have issues with the sending unit. In our family we had 3 2001 Fords and all three had issues with the sending unit. They all did the exact same thing
