Ignition tune-up

Hey guys, just a few questions about my next maintenance task. I'm at ~90,000km and it's time to do my spark plugs. I don't have the time/tools or garage (it's -30*C here!) to do the work myself, so dealer it is. I'm thinking about ordering the parts myself and just having them do the work. I have searched a lot and have learned to only use MotorCraft plugs for my 4.6, anyone recommend a good place with a good price to order from? What's a good price per plug? I'm also going to order the Global COPs off ebay. Do they come with new boots too? Anything else I should know or be replacing while this task is being done? Thanks!

ps. if anyone has links to good spots to order this stuff, much appreciated

My local Autozones do not. I ordered them online from rock auto they were $4.49? something each. I hear advanced has them for 3.99 or something like that. For the coils go to e-bay and search DG508 for the coils. Couple of sellers on there now. I would get a set for the v10 so you have some extras. Get the cheapest ones.
