What are the cheapest most effective upgrades to increase hp and tourque on a 2000 4.6? Not looking to add a super charger or turbo.

 

The most cost effective, or bang for the buck, is a tuner. Either an Xcal3, Gryphon or Edge.

the best bang for the buck is a 4.10 gear swap
then a custom tuned Xcal2 or 3, gryphon or diablo

an edge is just a canned tuner and if you canned get a hypertech


e-fans, underdrive pulleys, long tube headers and a tuned exhaust will help your truck too
