truck stall when its cold

truck stall when its cold

i know winter driving changes the ergonomics of everything but when i start my truck when it has been really cold over night it starts for about three seconds then stalls then i start it again and it stalls again then the third try gets it the motor has 345 000km on it is there something drastically wrong with my motor or do other people have the same problem.

Have you done any maintenance? I would suspect your throttle body needs cleaned up the idle air control valve at the back of the throttle body especially. Might just wanta get a new one. I just replace mine with the autozone one that is $47

i will try that thank you if it doesnt work i will keep trying stuff. Would old spark plugs cause it?

New spark plugs would not hurt...
