Jbrew!! Can you help me?

You linked a part # at autoparts warehouse in one of my posts to the plugs for my '97 F150 5.4. The order came in and they sent me 2 plugs for $16.58 a piece. You said this was suppose to be 2 packs of 4. The add even says that i needed 2 of the part # for my vehicle. Not trying to put any blame on you, just looking for help for my recourse of action. Everyone I talked to over there said it was the SINGLE price. I know it is incorrect because i can get the same plug at Oreilly's for under $5 a piece.

Yeah, serious communication gap with these people. How can you do business with someone when it's hard to comprehend what they are telling you. One of them even told me that all my truck took was 2 plugs. The only good english speaking one i talked to said that it should have been 2 packs of 4. Got them at oreilly auto for 37.52. Should have gone there fron the start. I know better next time.

Well you probably didn't get my PM yesterday because I had a sh^ty connection out in the shop. But I wrote you a long when. I hit submit and it took me back to forums ? Cheezed me off and I didn't feel like re-writing it all over again. That's happened allot over the last few days. Wasted time

But yea, I recently purchased around $600 in parts and compared the order against some of the most widely used internet suppliers.

Although I never had a problem with APW and they have free shipping after $50 - Rock Auto blew my comparisons away by as much as $160. That's without "FREE" shipping. Rock has ALLOT of warehouses they deal with. Because of this, the shipping charges are cheap. All parts ordered came from 3 different warehouses, but still - the shipping charges weren't much.

I'm not referring APW no more - Very overpriced as I learned recently and now this problem your having.

Rock Auto has the sh^t together and has my business.

Sorry for your troubles, - I was unaware of the problems with APW. They use to a good outlet in my experience.

I'll never buy from them again, they sucked me in with the free shipping. But like I said, I did the work last time after talking to you. I worked up a big order and compared venders.
