Help truck cutting out

What brand where is the best place to get new COPs. I've read a lot of you guys buy them online but I don't think I can wait for them. My truck started cutting out and missing tonight when the engine is under a load. It has been raining and is really wet out so I'm assuming the problem is with either the COP's or spark plugs. It didn't throw a CEL so I am just guessing. What do you guys think?

HEREis the link to the COP's that are well worth the wait. You are paying for 8 the price you would pay for 1 at the local store.

I would say the damp weather is causing your troubles. May as well change plugs (Motorcraft) and COP's at the same time, and, be done with it. Just be sure to use plenty of dielectric grease or you will be taking it all back apart and applying it.
