transmission noise

Hello everyone,
I have an 07 KR with 25k.. the transmission was fixed 2 times already.. the feeling I am getting is ..when I am driving around 20 mph (don't know what gear could be 2 or 3rd ) is if I hit the gas pedal hard the transmission get forced, I think thats normal but then to get the speed up it downshifts, right there is when I can hear like something knocking or hitting when makes the shift but it only happens when I am at that speed and those gears are switching, if I am driving faster and hit the gas the transmission does the switch and the engine gets forced but it is smoothe.

this are the parts that stealer fixed last time..
ac kit gasket
a screen asy
ab gasket
a band asy overdrive
j comnverter asy
aa planet asy forward
aa solenoid asy
aa conector
ba connector

planet pinions chiping off, washer material found in pan and o/d band burnt.

any suggestions please would be much appreciated
