That's really nothing, a little blow by. Happens when you don't run a Motorcraft PCV valve. Or change a higher quality engine oil.

The red stain is water /rust from the plug itself.

I think the project is done now. The truck is running smoothly now, though every bump in the road makes me worry it is missing.

Great help here made the project doable.
