P0161 is on passenger side tailpipe AFTER the cat. Check the wiring make sure its not cut, worn, corroded. If all the wiring looks good, no chafing then when was the last time the O2 was replaced? I would consider getting a replacement they are around $70

P0402 is in relation to the EGR valve. If you do a google search for images and type F150 EGR value you will see what it looks like if you are not familiar with it. Clean this thing out being carful of the diaphragm inside. Next check the DPFE sensor. Got a pic of it here: https://www.f150online.com/galleries...4889-92125.jpg
This is the second culprit for that code. This honestly may be in relation to the first code.

P0455- Looks like a couple of things to try here. It's directly related to the 0402 and if you clean the EGR ports and replace DPFE Sensor. Also another thing to check would be under the battery and battery try is the vacuum reserve tank. Check it for holes as well.

Other more knowledgeable members may chime in but after doing a few quick searches this is the information I have found. I hope this helps you.

The DPFE sensor has been previously replaced?

Try that canister under the battery / battery tray.See if its rusted or has an holes in it. Those two codes did bring up results about that leaking. I'm still pretty convinced with the EGR/DPFE area though. I have battled that for months straight. It's such a PITA type of system.

last time I had the p402 code it was because one of the tube leading into the exhaust amnifold was pluged. EGRs rarely fail but its the first thing autozone tells you is wrong.

Aftermarket DPFE's don't last. OEM replacement from the dealer is the best way to go.
