Stumble when cold only

Ok guys i need alittle help here. I am having an issue when i have a misfire when my engine is cold but once it warms up it is fine. i ran seafoam threw it and it did not seem to help my issue. Could this be a coil or a plug problem. Alittle backround on it is that i have had two egr valve codes show up and that was due to one of my egr hoses had fallen off the dpfe. i put back on and it somehow blew off again. i can tell when it comes off because of the sound thta the egr makes. could this be in conjuntion? i plan on getting two new hoses just to be safe since they kind of old. also it is the same hesitation stumple with them on or off. Could it be the IAC. i really dont want to replace that when it is simply a vacum line that could be off that only uses alot or vacume when it is cold and that is why i only feel it when cold? or if it has to do with when the truck is open loop only.

I'd consider replacing the DPFE when you get the new hoses, there has to be a reason they blow off. OEM Motorcraft is the best way to go, Rock Auto has them for about 64 bucks. I'd also remove the EGR valve and clean all the passages - and clean the throttle body while you are at it.

Yep. The ones that run to the drivers side manifold.

There are vacuum lines running from the DPFE to the manifold actually 1 vacuum line goes to the manifold. Cant remember where the other one goes. You can replace the hose from the DPFE to the tube. The metal tube going into the manifold can get blocked with carbon you should ream that part out. Only way to replace that is to remove the manifold...
