5.4 right manifold leak

Yea, Ford has a TSB on the rattle, that's what I gave you I think, I don't remember. Mine had that problem.

anyway, while yes, alot of the bolts will come out if you weld the nut to the end of them, other still need alot of heat to break the seal. I've threaded nuts on broken bolts 4-5 thread, welded, hit it with water, let it sit, and then have the nut twist right off. I had to heat the stud til red hot then torque it out sometimes
Feel like taking the Expy for a road trip up to Manitoba?

Back bolts loose

Soaked with pb blaster for 1 week and they moved , snugged them up and ticking went away , just in case i have new gasket and bolt kit (50.00) someone suggested from ford..

Thanks to all for the help glad I own f150 all the help is amazing.

F150 4.6 & 5.4 forum

Old manifolds work on 4.6 & 5.4 dont crack or rust all to **** ! From 92 to 96 go to pic n pull or bucks auto from crown vic s, trucks, cars etc,never replace again !
