Coolant tube popped out

Taking off froma stop I took the motor to about 4600 and I had white smoke behind me. couldnt see ANYTHING behind me. Low and behold I popped my coolant tube out of the back of the intake. This tube clamps to a hose then feed into heater core. When I put this tube it, I had to cut off the recessed piece and just stick it in. The tube went in about 2 inches and it still managed to pop out. I am NOT removing the intake to fix this. I want to put a hose clamp around it and make a arm to bolt it down to keep constant pressure on it. . .

any other suggestions. . . ?

What I will end up doing in the long run. Today it has to be a quick fix, going to make a metal arm bracket to apply pressure on it. . . thanks
