What Tuner I should buy

What Brand/type of tuner should i buy i have a K & N filter but its not cold air and flowmasters. Precats Cut off. i have a 1997 F150 with a 5.4 Thanks

If you want new, www.powerhungryperformance.com will get you the Gryphon. Or you can do the Xcal3 from Trower or VMP. All are great.

So u have to buy the tunes.. for the Gryphon and u pay 399 for the Gryphon? can u change Shift points with the Pod Gryphon as u can with the handheld Gryphon? Im new to all of this....

i use the Diablosport Predator..u can change shift points with this one as well as the other ones..xcal2 or 3..dont buy a hypertech;had one and they are only a good paperweight

what about a Gryphon with a Custom tune im just looking for more power and gas miles for my basically stock 97 5.4 with 160k miles on it
