tuners help but your truck doesnt have pi heads so it wont do as much. gears always make a big difference. whether its 2wd or 4wd determines the cost. e-fans. you can build your own, just use the search feature to view other builds. cai and exhaust. long tube headers. cut out all 4 cats and place 2 high flows in place of the front and sell your old cats to a scrap yard for $200. or you can skip all the small stuff and get a supercharger.

start with a "gotts intake" and work your way up from there

4:10's will be a good gear...get a detroit tru track..its a very good full posi unit or an auburn
intake
long tube headers/exhaust
p.i head swap w/cams
then get a programmer
e-fans and underdrive pulleys will free up some good hp
little bit o nitrous

i meant 8.8 or 9.75. i'd go with 4.10 gears and wherever you order them from will ask you what size differential you have.

Gears are a great mod....I'm going with 4:56's because I'm running a 34" tire. You will benefit from a gear change with your tires.

you'll gain alot more torque to the wheels. you will accelerate alot guicker. and fuel mileage would go up around town. and if you follow the speed limit then it'll maybe lose just a little bit like less than 1 mpg on the highway. but most stay the same or get better on the highway. IMO they are the best mod you can do. but it does get expensive for 4x4's.
