It says cylinder 3 misfire can i just fix the cylinder or do i need to get a new engine. Around 1,900 rpm my truck shakes like crazy. lol

You probably just need a coil plug or an injector. Ever tune it up? I bet not.

Take it to the dealer for a tune up. The breaking plug issue at that mileage and you are probably not equipped for it.
