lightning motor swap in 98 4x4 f150

Hi everyone I am new here (even though I have been reading threads here for a couple years) and after 227,345 miles on my 150 my motor has started a head gasket leak. I was hoping to make 300,000 but oh well. Anyhow I have been tooling around the idea of a lightning or harley truck motor swap. Of course I would buy a wrecked one so I have the computer and all else. I know I need a 4x4 transmission and to change the exhaust because mine had the 4.6 in it. Anyhow I am looking for someone on here that has actually done the swap because I know it has been done. There is a 97 4x4 with a lightning motor in it for sale in S.C.
So whos got some knowledge I would really appreciate it, and please dont tell me to buy a different truck because I am happy without the payments!
Thanks in advance
Tim
