Supercharger with PI Heads

I was thinking of boring and stroking my 4.6L and maybe later putting a supercharger on it. Will standard 2V PI heads work with a supercharger? If so how much boost can they handle?

the heads can handle how ever much boost you want to throw at them. As long as you have the right valve springs and head gaskets. why bore and stroke a 4.6 when you can swap in a 5.4?
