Lightbulb HP Advice

Guys I need some advice. I recently had my truck tuned and dyno'd, the numbers were 347hp and 467trq. I want to break 400hp using the least amount of money, but of course not skimping on quality. Also I would prefer to not use juice aka nitrous. Right now I have a 4lb upper pulley, NO cats, Bassani cat back, and Brute Force CAI. Any ideas?!?

By the way, I of course, like most of us here have absolutely no practical use and/or need for 400+ hp. :-) So if the "practical" speeches can be spared I would appreciate it, wanting more horsepower is human nature, like manifest destiny or something...ha, well you know what I mean.

Ah, sorry, I knew I forgot something, I have a 2002 Harley Screw. 4lb upper, no cats, bassani catback, and brute force cai. Tuned.

I was looking into longtubes, anyone have recommendations? I would like to put them on myself but I've been under my truck and know its a tight spot, so who has what and how hard was the install?

I have the dynatech long tubes. They slid right in from under the truck. took 4 hours to get my old shorty headers off and the dynatechs on.
