The latest TSB. Go to Ford and get some PM-3 and nickel anti-seize. Let it soak overnight for best results. If they still stick, soak again.

UPDATE on the plug change, a friend recomended that I warm the engine a little it happens that the 1st attempt to remove the plugs my truck sat in 55 degree weather all day & was ice cold upon the removal of the 1st few plugs & you all know they broke. The 2nd attempt was a success, I started the truck & let it heat to operating tempature shut it down & changed the remaining plugs with NO issue at all. I backed them out nice & slow. The vehicle runs perfect now, I am not sure if the issue was coils or plugs but after replacing both (8 coils 8 plugs) the miss is now gone.

Thnx members for all your input its always appreciated.
