Engine Noise

When going up a hill my 4.6 engine makes a squealing noise. The only time it does it. Does any know what this might be?

what kinds of speeds are you going up the hills? i'd say the belt is going to need to be replaced. but take the old one off and make sure all the pullies are free and not squealing or hard to turn.
