Hey guys, i dont know too much about cars but to avoid getting screwed by local mechanics i figured i'd ask around. My 2003 f150 4.6l v8 just started running all *****ed up yesterday. It is idling very rough and souns like it wants to stall out but dosent when im driving. Autozone tested it and the 2 codes p1131 and p1151 (fuel air metering) came up. What could be causing this?

 

check the rubber pcv elbow on the back of your intake. if its sucked closed or rotted then its no good. you can get just the elbow for it instead of the whole tube.
