Hey guys, i have a question regarding the use of WOT, what is too much? How much can we actually WOT are trucks, can i WOT 10 times a day, or is 1 time a day enough.... or can i just WOT this truck all the time as i wish or should i be carefull.... what is the outcome of WOTING (lol) all the time?

its your truck so you can do what you want. but like glc said excessive wallet drain. between tires, break downs, and gas i'd have to agree with glc.

A ford is built on putting it all on the line. Drive it like you stole it and it will be with you forever (pending you are willing to put the work and time into keeping it on the road...)

I am breaking in my 08 expy and broke in my 98 150 (180k miles) all the same way. If it is going to break, it may as well do it now rather than later. IMHO!

But, FORD (First On Race Day) will come through. The only other people that say otherwise, are the people that didn't take the time to investigate the problems...

I Didnt spend over 10K on my engine/tranny to not go wot atleast twice a day....

LOl guys check this out, my last fill up i only put in 60$ (gas now up here is 5.64$ per gallon.) TO BURN THE CRAP OUT OF IT. And by woting this thing more aften than not and just doing whatever i feel like WOT WOT....

I got 11 miles per gallon (120 miles =60$.) compared to 19 miles per gallon when i am carefull...

 

11 is good!!!

I get 5 MPG.
