Your reprogramming is making the transmission shift very fast.
What this does is try to slow the motor when the trans changes gears at hi rpm.
The alternator, water pump, A/C compressor and power steering run at motor speed and cannot slow down that fast when the trans suddenly trys to slow the motor hence the squeal.
New belt and back off some on the trans shifting will fix it.
You can't just endlessly make these kinds of changes without causing other issues.
The ACC and single drive belt was not designed to accept these sudden 'slam' changes in speed.
There is a spring loaded tension arm that may momentairly relax it's tension in a short duration reverse unloading from the Acc reaction to the rpm changes.
