were is a good site to buy some stage 2 cams or anything of that nature for my 5.4

HI!... If you want afte market performance CAMS for your 5.4 then don't buy off the shelf. Call up COMP CAMS or CROWER CAMS and talk to their cam department. Tell them the mods you have and they will suggest the perfect cam set-up for you. One of their off the shelf cams might be good for you, or you will have to have custom grinds made for your application like I had to. But you won't know until you call.

Custom cams will be your best bet if you talk to the right person and tell them what you want out of your truck. I know a little about custom stuff, as my entire motor is basically that way.

dude have you got heads yet? before you buy the cams you should look at some new heads. that's were i made my first mistake. got the cams first and now have to save up for the dang $1300 heads, then the $1100 install

I'm working on her still lol. she may get put into early retirement though if i can talk this guy selling this bronco near me into a trading some stuff.
