tps replacement on 1995 f 150
First, the throttlebody has to be unbolted and turned upside down to access the two screws. If you have hoses going to the throttlebody, one on top and one on bottom, you can pinch off the bottom hose and remove it from the throttlebody and leave the top alone. I recommend to tap the screws with a hammer before trying to remove them. That way you won't round off the heads. Pay attention to the sensor when you remove it. It has a spring loaded internal mechanism. It just doesn't sit on top and bolt down. It has to be turned a little bit. Just pay attention to which way it "springs" when unbolted. Good luck.
