Possible Radiator Failure

Truck is an 03 4WD 5.4L F-150. After an offroading trip, i had the radiator smoking. I was also in some deep water. Now, at extended idle times, the engine begins to heat up, and the a/c blows hot as well. It got so bad one time, the truck began to overheat, but I caught it as soon as the dash temp light came on. Is the radiator likely shot? Any other suggestions?

Have you examined the radiator and condenser? Could be that debris from the water crossing has them clogged?

when the truck is hot. check to make sure both the upper and lower rad hoses are hot. if only one is hot its the thermostat. could possibly be cavitation of the water pump or maybe a shot fan clutch also.
