2007 5.4 Hesitation

I bought new this 07 5.4 FX2 SC. It has hesitated since new when I coast down to about 20mph and then accelerate, such as on expressway entrance ramp or traffic light. I put a magnaflow exhaust and Roush cold air kit. Ford says "no codes in computer". I have 700 miles left on warranty and need a resolution. Should I put the stock intake and exhaust back on it and leave it at Ford till they fix it or buy it back.
Thanks

2007 FX2 SC Roush CAK, stripes, scoop. Magnaflow exhaust. 20" rims

if it is just a slight hesitation, all the newer gen trucks 04 and up are like that, electronicthrottle..... go test drive a couple at a dealership and you will see they are all the same, now if it is major, then I got no clue what is wrong with it. get a tuner, that would def halp and be a wise decision with the intake and exhaust..
