I have found the zf6 transmission/transfer case for a 2002 f250 from a company called everdrive (essentially a giant junk yard that gives you 3 years unlimited milage warrenty on what every you buy) for about 3000 I have also found a brand new drive shaft for the transmission for about 200 from where I work.

now here is my question I have found the engine to s 2002ish ford lightning on ebay for about 5000 but I don't know if I can trust ebay with that kind of money so I was wandering if anyone knew where I might be able to pick up a professionally removed one with the wiring harness and all or should I just get the engine and lengthen some of the wires(on the current harness) so that way I can stick with coil packs
