97 f150 4.6L please help!!!

Test the pressure once more - DON'T forget the regulator. Think you have a bad line that goes into the tank from the filter, they do spilt.

i had an explorer do the same thing, it had a 4.0v6 slamming the gass bogged it to death. easing into it was smooth sailing. replaced the MAF with a new one...problem went bye bye. cleaning the MAF only gets ya so far. and those other codes could conceivably be caused by a bad MAF. dirty air comming, or misread clean air can cause all kinds of problems.

You said you ran it out of gas. I did that to an old 82 Datusn and forever after that I had fuel filter problems. I think there was junk in the gas tank that broke loose after I ran it out of gas. The cure is to have the gas tank cleaned and sealed.
I hope this is not your problem.
I do not know how to verify the problem, just offering something to consider.

when my fuel pump went on my 87 f150 (I6) [great eng] the pump impeler broke apart and sent debret into the fuel system -yes i ran low on gas also-

clean system completly filter, injectors- all of it
