Ok its a 01, 5.4 S/C with 56k and mods in sig..(Just upgraded to Troyer,42lb's and a 90mm) I have a fuel pressure gauge installed. Over the last week or less when I get in and turn the key to start the truck I need to try twice before it will start I can hear the fuel pump turn on the first and second time, but I have notice that the pressure only go's up on the second try. When I do get pressure its right were it should be. Is my pump going bad???

 

are you still running the stock unit? if so, i would definitely upgrade to at least a 255 lph unit.

 

Thanks man good idea.....The supercharger kit came with a 190lph pump, And I just assume that it was put in at the same time the supercharger was done, but not sure. When I was talking with mike @ Troyer he said with what I have going on that the 190 would work fine for me..... BUt I would upgrade to the 225 if this needs replacing..

Anyone else???? I'm not sure what to check
