Cylinder#8 problem

Hi everybody,i own a 2006 F150 5.4l CREWCAB.

Sorry for my bad ENGLISH.

A few days ago my engine started to "shake",RPM gone from 900 to 700 up and down and i'm burning a lot more gas since that problem.

Today i conneced a computer to the OBD plug and it says"problems with cylinder 8."
I don't know the "error code" i(i can know this tomorrow).

I had 3 other "error codes" but i don't remember which ones.(i can know this tomorrow)
It seems like cylinder 8 doesn't work at all.

Anyone have any idea to solve this problem, what are first things to check and how?

Please help.

NO F150 in FRANCE!!!!!Unfortunatly!!!!

Thanx for your help.

I am definitely not an engine expert...but I would think it might be the COP, otherwise known as the spark plug coil. Just a thought. Someone else may be able to help you better. The OBD probably should have said misfire on 8 if its the COP. Then again, I have no idea what diagnostic tool that you were using...

Ah, a frenchie. Mon francais est tres mauvais. Je parle un peu, mais je n'bonne pas. Comment dit on Ford en francais? Ford n'est pas? J'ai 4 ans, et comprend rien.

By the way, your English, Grammer, and punctuation is better than most in this forum.

Hi, i checked again today

Error code is 0175.Computer says "mix too high",i don't how to say it in English.

It is when there is too much gas and not enough air in the 8th cylinder.

8th cylinder doesn't work.

Where does the unburned gas go?

CAN I DRIVE WITH THIS PROBLEM OR IS IT BETTER NOT TO DRIVE?

Thx

BAST.

I think shinestix wanted to say J'ai parle le francais pour quatre ans. Or something like that.

I think Shinestix wanted to say "J'ai un cerveau d'un enfant de quatre ans."

by mix too high im guessing it means that you are running a rich air to fuel mixture, meaning you are getting to much fuel into your engine. Not for sure how thats happening, especially in just one cyclinder, only thing i can think of is a injector putting in to much fuel. But im not for sure, the unburned gas goes right out your exhaust like it normally would if it had been cumbusted.
